The Turkey Chaser Autotest 2022 results are in (above)!

Clerk of the Course, John Delaney and his team set 3 tests to be repeated 4 times, with different elements and grip to give the experienced and beginners alike plenty to do. The rain threatened to dampen things, but failed as a great day was had by all.

The spirit of any sport is to see the more experienced competitors offer advice to those new to the discipline and this was to the fore today. Liam Cashman took the overall win and what a pleasure to watch him dance his Toyota Starlet through the tests. The different class award winners all had their moment to shine too.

The Birr and District Motor Club wishes to thank the team of Marshals, Timekeepers, Officials and everyone who helped to make the day such an enjoyable one. Finally, a HUGE thanks for the hospitality of the Garahy family for the use of their venue and for the feast they laid on for all. The food was fantastic! What a way to round up a great years motorsport.

A Happy New Year to all
