The Birr Motor Club in association with the Abbeyleix Manor Hotel and Midland Tyre Services is delighted to release one of the most exciting and strongest entries in Irish rallying in many years. The super strength entry is sure to bring along many spectators to the event in Co Laois.
To this end, the Club wish to encourage all spectators to cooperate fully with the event officials and marshals. Remember – Motorsport is Dangerous. Spectators are reminded to view the event from safe areas. It is forbidden to spectate from run off areas. Any spectator that does not have the good sense to obey the safety marshals will enforce the cancellation of that special stage. The Club is not going to compromise on safety and the cooperation of all spectators in this regard is greatly appreciated. The brave take to a rally car and compete on the special stages. The foolish speed on the open roads. We are supporting the Road Safety Authority and we encourage everybody to “Keep the Race in its Place.” Enjoy your days motorsport.
